With the loss of several pivotal members, Stockton University’s Esports Leadership Team decided to reinvent their traditional Esports Model into an Aspirational Leadership Model that allowed me and other students to pursue what they know and do best. This gave agency and inspired students to seek leadership opportunities because they believed that their abilities and skill could contribute to the program in a meaningful and impactful way.
